Develop Friendship With God

God seeks intimate fellowship and friendship with you! He wants to reveal secrets to you!

Aloneness with God is a prerequisite to power. Elijah was alone with God at Mount Cherith before he called fire down at Mount Carmel (I Kings 17 and 18).

Luke 5:16-17, “And Jesus withdrew himself into the wilderness, and prayed.” (The next verse says,) 17“...and the power of the Lord was present to heal them.”

Luke 6:12, “And it came to pass in those days, that he (Jesus) went out into a mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God.”

Luke 6:17, “And he came down, ...and a great multitude of people out of all Judea and Jerusalem, and from the sea coast of Tyre and Sidon, which came to hear him, and to be healed of their diseases.”

Luke 6:19, “There went virtue out of him and healed them all.”

Mark 1:35, 37, “And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed. 37 And when they (his disciples) had found him, they said unto him, All men seek for thee.”

You are no different than Jesus. When you develop a prayer life like His, all men will seek you. Why? You will be able to meet their needs by the power of God.
