The Power of Words

As we charge into this new year, it is super important that you train yourself to speak the solution to your problems rather than the problems themselves. What you think about and speak about, you bring about.

Magnifying your problems creates more problems. Magnifying the solution, which is God's promise regarding your situation, brings miracles.

The book of Hebrews 10:23 tells us to “Hold fast to the confession of your faith without wavering, because God, who made the promise is faithful.” That means you must speak what God says regarding His promises to bless you.

Matthew 12:35-37, Jesus said, “A good man out of the good treasure of the heart brings forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil things. But I say unto you, that every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.” Jesus then went on to say in verse 37, “for by your words you shalt be justified (blessed), and by your words you shalt be condemned (cursed).” WOW!

Matthew 12:37, The Living Bible says, “Your words now reflect your fate then: either you will be justified (blessed) by them or you will be condemned (cursed).”

Your words arrive in your future before you do, and they start creating blessings or problems depending on the kind words you have spoken. That’s why it’s essential to always speak faith-filled words that promise a wonderful outcome.

By our words, we seed our future. We will eat the fruit (or harvest) of the seeds we plant with the words we speak, either good or bad.

Proverbs 13:2 says, “A man shall eat good by the fruit of his mouth.” Good or Bad.
