Cause and Effect

Your life is a result of cause and effect. When someone goes to school to study a specific subject, they are actively creating and causing the effect that will determine who they become, what they will have, and what they will do in the future.

Think about this: to achieve what you want, all you have to do is reverse engineer what’s necessary to receive the desired outcome. If you know the result you're aiming for, you can utilize reverse engineering to identify the actions and causes needed to produce it.

Here’s a powerful life principle: “Success leaves clues. Examine the clues, then copy the cause.”

For example, if I know that I want to be healthy, lean, strong, and full of energy, all I have to do is simply identify what would cause those effects or results, like regular exercise, proper nutrition, and sufficient rest, and start applying them.

When you understand the scientific and spiritual law of cause and effect, you can intentionally start creating the cause or causes that will guarantee to give you the effect or result you desire.

Your words, thoughts, beliefs, and daily habits are preparing you for, and are the cause of either success or failure, happiness or misery, blessings or curses.

Remember, the secret to your future is hidden in your daily routine.
