Don't Be Denied
“Nothing shall be impossible into you” (Matthew 17:20).
Faith must take hold of what is wanted with an unshakable determination that will refuse to be denied. Get aggressive here, and take the attitude, “It’s mine! It’s already paid for, and I’m not giving it up!”
Remember, as long as Satan can hold your attention on what you see, feel, and reason to be true, he will defeat you in every battle you fight. You must see God’s Word only as being true in order to succeed.
Faith never judges according to what can be seen in the natural, because it “is the evidence of things not seen,” but promised by God (Hebrews 11:1). Faith rests on far more solid ground than the evidence of the senses, and that is the Word of God, that, “Lives and abides forever” (1 Peter 1:23). If we are occupied with what we see and feel instead of with Him and His promises, we will lose what He offers us. On the other hand, by steadfastly refusing to see anything but God and what He has to say, we will receive everything He offers.
Faith will do all the Bible says it will do. Work what faith you have and refuse to be discouraged. Every seemingly impossible thing will finally yield and bow its knee to the pounding and increased pressure of the hammer of the Word of God.
Refusing to be denied!
