Heaven on Earth

Psalm 46:7, “The Lord Almighty is with us; the God of Israel is our refuge.”

When God gave you Jesus, He gave you His best. He now wants you to experience the best of every good thing life has to offer. God wants what He paid for with the suffering of His Son Jesus, and what He paid for was a bigger and more prosperous and meaningful life for you.

God wants you blessed with heaven’s best. “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing that heaven itself enjoys” (Ephesians 1:3, Norlie’s Translation). Jesus even instructed you to pray and believe for, “God's will to be done on earth as it is in heaven” in your life (Matthew 6:10).

In God’s thinking, what heaven enjoys now, you are supposed to enjoy now. Ephesians 1:14, NLT, “The Spirit is God’s guarantee that he will give us the inheritance he promised and that he has purchased us to be his own people. He did this so we would praise and glorify him.”
