Give God Substance

God said, “I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that make mention of the Lord, keep not silence. And give him no rest; till he establish, and till he make Jerusalem a praise in the earth” (Isaiah 62:6-7).

God wants us to pray, and God wants to answer our prayers! God is seeking men and women who will mirror His Word back to Him, who will never hold their peace but continually speak the Word in prayer.

In the world, if someone keeps bugging you about a situation, you might tell them, “Get out of my face!” Which means “Leave me alone!”

From the preceding Scripture, God is seeking people who will “Stay in His face with the Word until He performs it.” This is what we believers must do worldwide, regarding what we desire, or to put a stop to anything the devil has authored.

The more of God’s Word you bring before Him in prayer, the more substance you give God to work with on your behalf.

Don’t be moved by circumstances, but keep speaking God’s Word!
