Move Up Higher With Favor
When God promotes you, He will also promote the people you care for.
While in captivity in a foreign nation, Daniel had such favor with the King that he asked the King to appoint his friends, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, over the business of the province of Babylon, which the King gladly did so (Daniel 2:49).
Daniel governed as second in command from the Royal Palace, and Daniel’s friends had administrative posts throughout Babylon. When Daniel got blessed and promoted, he made sure his friends got blessed and were promoted too.
The favor blessing took Daniel’s friends up the ladder of success with Daniel. When you move in the favor of God, you will soon be in a position to bring others up to a higher level. That’s what God wants; advancement for His people.
You are to be a role model of what the favor of God can do in a person’s life. As you model the favor and blessing of God, others will be inspired by you and seek God for favor as you have sought Him and will experience similar results to you.
Isaiah 14:2, “They shall take them captive whose captives they were, and they shall rule over their oppressors.”
With God’s favor in full operation, we are to rule over our enemies and oppressors.
