Truth Makes You Free

Are you living free? Jesus has made you free!

In John 8:32, Jesus said, “You shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” In John 8:36, Jesus said, “If the Son therefore shall make you free, you shall be free indeed.”

I’ve always taught that the opposite of fear is faith. Fear activates Satan the same way faith activates God. But the opposite of fear is freedom.

2 Timothy 1:7, “For God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of sound mind.” Huh! So, the opposite of fear is power, love, and a sound mind.

You are now free to work for the Lord Jesus and do your earthly job as if you are working for Him.

Colossians 3:23-24 says, “Do your work willingly, as though you were serving the Lord himself, and not just your earthly master. In fact, the Lord Christ is the one you are really serving, and you know he will reward you.” We serve the Lord, and because we do, we work for Him, and the Lord said He would reward and bless us. Whatever earthly job you’re doing, remember that you are on an assignment from God, so be a role model for Jesus.

Stay free; in everything you do, consider it working for the Lord. He will reward you abundantly!
