Develop a Favor Consciousness

Did you know that God said, “With favor He will surround you as with a shield”? (Psalm 5:12)

He also said, “Among the righteous there is favor.” (Proverbs 14:9)

I like to call it Crazy Favor!

While Daniel was in captivity, what set him apart and enabled him to become a leader in a foreign land?

Daniel had a favor consciousness, while many others in captivity had a failure consciousness. A favor consciousness is a mindset and character trait that God wants every believer to develop and walk in.

Discouragement and defeat seem to come against all of us, but for Daniel, they were never an option. Don’t let discouragement turn into defeat in your life. God is with you, and God is for you. That means He’s making a way for you, even when it looks like there is no way.

Dig deep, find your grit, and rise to the place where discouragement and failure are out of the question for you.

I declare increased favor and victory over your life today, in the mighty name of Jesus!
