Prayer Is God's Invitation
We recently found out that in order to materialize what God has promised, we must (1) know what God said, (2) believe what God said, (3) agree with what God said, and (4) pull on God, in faith, to perform what He said.
When God put Adam and Eve on earth, He gave them absolute authority and dominion over everything that was present on earth. When Adam turned his authority and dominion over to the devil by disobeying God and failing to subdue Satan, as God had commanded him to (Genesis 1:28), God became an outsider.
God, as an outsider, now had restrictions as to what He can do on earth. That should explain to people why there’s wars, hate, crime, human trafficking, injustice, sickness, sorrow, and so forth.
What God can do on earth is perform His Word when people believe Him. In other words, Jeremiah 1:12, is what God can do. God said, “I will hasten [watch over] my word to perform it.”
Prayers that are not based on God’s Word do not permit God to materialize His blessings. God needs a prayer invitation from an earthling to move on earth. So if it’s not in the Word, and you aren’t believing it—God can’t do it.
Basically, God can only move on earth to perform His Word in answer to prayer and faith…and nothing else!
This is why praying the Word is one of the most important ingredient to getting results.
