Living Words on Your Lips

“You shall decrease what you desire, and it shall be established and materialized for you” (Job 22:28, paraphrased).

It is the Word of God on your lips that counts. It is the Word of God spoken by you that releases angels to help you. It is the Word of God spoken by you that unleashes the power of God to materialize and manifest what you desire from God.

When the Word becomes a living thing on the lips of the believer, it brings the unsaved man under conviction. It gives them faith to act on the Word when they hear about salvation and receive Jesus as Lord. It provides the believer the courage to “trust in the Lord with all their heart” and stop leaning on their understanding (Proverbs 3:5).

Your words must become God Words. And when God’s Words become your words, your lips will become God’s ambassadors. God’s Word in your mouth, fresh from the love in your heart, will burn in the hearts of the hearers and change their lives. It will provide their every need when you show them how to believe in God’s promises. It will heal their bodies. It will protect them from danger. It will enable them to know God as their loving Father.

Jeremiah 15:16 says, “God’s words were found, and I did eat them; and his words were to me a joy and rejoicing in my heart; for I am called by your name, O Jehovah, God of hosts.”

Dump the talking about negative things around you and fill your lips with the mighty Word of God. You will soon see a positive difference in your life and the lives of those around you.
