Comfort for Broken Hearts

Jesus comforts you in trouble and heals broken hearts!

Have you suffered an incredibly difficult loss? Is your heart broken? Jesus came to heal broken hearts. He said, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me,… and then listed several things he was assigned to accomplish. One of those things was to heal the brokenhearted (Luke 4:18-19).

The Bible says, “The Lord is near to them that are of a broken heart” (Psalm 34:18).

Psalm 147:3-4 says, “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up all of their wounds. He tells the number of stars and calls them all by their names.”

We serve a compassionate Jesus. He tells you today to fear not because He is with you.

Jesus not only heals the brokenhearted, but He’s a great comfort in times of emotional pain.

“Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself comfort your heart and establish you in every good word and work” (2 Thessalonians 2:16-17).

“The God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in trouble, by the same comfort or with we ourselves are comforted of God” (2 Corinthians 1:3-4).

God wants you to be strong in the Lord and have the power of His might. Remember the comfort He gave you in your time of trouble, to comfort someone else with that anointing and comfort you received.
